yea well, the trick is to not make it a habit. whenever you think of something to do (especially small things like cleaning the desk for example) and you suddenly decide you feel too lazy, just get up and do it. that trains your brain to be a little bit less lazy for lack of a better explanation heheh

but sometimes its just too much. especially hw, it takes so much concentration to get through college hw!!
