 start the revolution3 Launching a public information campaign on the dangers of drug affected driving, and encouraging the police to carry out roadside sobriety testing of suspected unfit drivers when appropriate....... 
 
 dunno about this though, lots of testing needed cannabis can stay in your system for up to 3 months! thats a long time not driving after a smoke, lol.
 
 i suppose like drink driving you would have to have a certain percentage in the breath or blood, if it just went on having a trace in the system...well
 
 it might be more environmentally freindly with 6 million tokers using public transport, or better................
