I like that idea.

Have a ton of people, SUITS ONLY, gather and march or something. Maybe a Marijuana Awareness Walk. Like the AIDS walk or whatever it was for, promoting awareness.

People can walk through town in a suit and a badge with a leaf that says "Legalize it" on it, and people can hand out flyers with like 10 facts about it that promote legalization.

However, sticking stickers all over town would be a waste and not very effective at all.
