DU405 Cannabis would be removed from the 1971 Misuse of drugs act. The possession, trade and cultivation of cannabis would be immediately decriminalised, roughly following the Dutch model. The trade in Cannabis would be the subject of a Royal Commission (see below), with a view to establishing a fully legalised, controlled and regulated trade. Small-scale possession of drugs for personal use would be decriminalised. The starting point would be advice to policing authorities to caution rather than prosecute for offences of drug possession for personal use and to refer offenders to the health-care services (see DU411). Subsequently, regulations would be brought forward removing criminal sanctions for simple possession of controlled drugs for personal use. The recommended sentences for small-scale supply would be non-custodial options. The possession of pipes made for the use in connection with smoking of opium would no longer be a criminal offence. A Royal Commission or similar body would be established to review currently controlled drug classifications, within a legalised environment of drug use. This commission would, after wide consultation, consider and recommend frameworks of social, economic and health conditions for drug use and supply.

Hello to one & all. Its been absolutly ages since i posted here because my PC blew up the day after i last posted. I bought a new one 3 days ago. Cost me just under £800. It took me ages to save this money. But Ime glad to be back at long last. Cant post much now as ive just got back from working in the local bowling club prepareing Food. Been on my feet since 7am yesterday morning finished at 8pm last night & spent the rest of the night smoking at my m8s. Very stoned now so ime off to bed. As i said i have a new PC now. Having teething problems with Vista but apart from that it rocks. Ime trying to score some green as i type waiting for the call to pick it up. Nothing much happening apart from that ah the phone ringing.


My m8s got my green told me to pop round in half an hour. Hurah!! it takes half an hour to walk there so ile shoot of now and pick it up. might pop back soon. lol. see ya later.

I read the first and last pages of this thread. We NEED TO ORGANISE SOMETHING PEOPLE!!!! You can't say that a march won't work, we need it in the court rooms. That's bullshit, it's just another way to push the load on to other people. Unless your a lawyer....

We need at least one day a year where we will all march world wide. And that badge thing is a good idea elsie! Really good!

I like that idea.

Have a ton of people, SUITS ONLY, gather and march or something. Maybe a Marijuana Awareness Walk. Like the AIDS walk or whatever it was for, promoting awareness.

People can walk through town in a suit and a badge with a leaf that says "Legalize it" on it, and people can hand out flyers with like 10 facts about it that promote legalization.

However, sticking stickers all over town would be a waste and not very effective at all.

I was thinking if one was so inclined you could grab all your males leaves and make paper out of it. It's very easy. Then you could print the info on that. It would help to show the usefulness of hemp quality paper as well. Write something small at the bottom like, stick this under a light for a year and watch it not go yellow. lol

THIS POST IS in reply to demonangel2 uk and anybody else who is interested in a march once a month for 12 months !!!! demonangel 2 i live in the usa but this needs to be world wide every place people smoke !!! lets show all of our goverments nomatter where u live people belive in legal buds and legal dispenceries for the sick!!! ect. ect.ect. i want to help in doing this with you!!! i remember a form floating around the internet about the positives of mj. also we pick 1 or 2 people from each state city what ever to help post dates of the march and help us reach NORMAL FROM each place to help spread the word. every one uses my space or u tube we can have some people make up a commercial for the march we post it everywhere on the internet that we can over run the net. i know we can do this and make it into something really BIG!!!!! A Big hello to everyone. Ime sory i havnt been here since January. The reason being i had to move away and didnt have acess to a pc. But now ime back living with my mum and i also have a job. Harah!!!
