i would defenatly agree with your friend(untill he throws up all over from having to down bong water) and then say "oh, guess it just makes you throw up, not high" Since thc is only slightly water soluable all bong water really has in it is the shit it filters out of the smoke when its pulled threw the water. The slight solubility in water and the lack of decarboxilation of thca in un heated bud makes for very inefficient use of your bud.
