faithless Reviewed by faithless on 11-13-2006. quick Fluorescent question Hey, starting new 10 green spirt dutch passion grow with 1 1000 watt hps. after i germinate, i am planting in stryofoam, i bought a flouresant fixture and 2 40 watt Fluorescent grow tube with 900 lumen output with 6400K color. Just wondering if this is gonna do me well for the first week to week and a half until introducing to the big boy HPS? Thanks guys. Rating: 5

I dont know actually ha. Im just using the stryofoam for the first week then going to the bigger pots

The flouros should be fine. Keep 'em real close. Touching, almost. Good luck with them. Will be looking for your log. Styrafoam...? I guess as long as it's just temporary. I mean, you're using a 1000w, I would hope you don't scrimp too much on the other parts.

Im only using the syro's because I paid close to 30.00 for good 3 gallon pots Ill use the styro's with the flour's for a week, then transplant to the actual pots and HPS
