The Conspiracy theorists at their most psychotic believe alien lizards are behind the illuminati, who are behind every other shinanigan under the sun. Gives you an idea how fucked up paranoid psychosis can get. I blew pepsi out my nose the first time I heard about the lizardpeople, but since then I've heard it in more than one place. There really are people deep enough into conspiracy psychosis to actually believe this bullshit.
