Lose the carbonated water, you're adding carbonic acid and you'll have problems.
Fish water -a little, not too too much- is good as long as the pond is 'healthy', not too much ammonia. That can also kill your plants.
Cheap effective ferts that aren't miracle grow:
Shultz bloom plus
Shultz cactus food
Alaska fish fert
Tomato food for veg
Miracle grow is pretty low quality and will eventually give you salt buildup problems.
Spring for it and go get yourself some Botanicare Pure Blend- it's worth it in the long run, really!
Compost is awesome though. Keep that in your mix!!! If you have a compost heap, I'd suggest watering it with your fish water instead of using it directly on your plants so it has a chance for the nitrogen to go into a plant-friendly form... lots of oxygen... should be as nitrate-N not nitrite or heaven forbid ammonia!
