My friend is getting a job at wal-mart and is required to take a drug test. Well he wants to know the easiest way to pass. The last time he smoked was saturday or sunday. So if you could just please list your suggestions....

Check out the Drug Testing forum for a better response, but, in a nutshell:

Drink tons of water, cranberry juice as well, and exercise and start sweating. THC gets stored in fat cells, so when you work out and start sweating, in combo. with peeing from the water, it drains your system of THC.

And a drug test at Wal-Mart? Now THAT sucks balls. Don't they get enough satisfation screwing their employess like cheap hookers.

substitution was the only method that worked for me!! I tried water,cleansers,juice,and exercise to no avail. just a failed test so i took a clean sample in with me and it worked great

Drinking lots of water days before the test will not clean you out. The exercise helps but stop 4-5 days before the test. The sweating doesn't help that much. You didn't say how much he has smoked before saturday or sunday. You should include a more thorough smoking history and their height and weight. Go with subbing.
