HPS Lamp Question..
9x9 would need about 4 to 5 1000w's to get decent coverage with the 50W's per square ft rule of thumb.
Any how, buyying 2 1000w's the lights would be the cheapest part most likely, after hoods, possibly air cooled or cool tubes, substantial inline fan, scrubber, possible AC unit and other misalanious items, nutes and so on you would be thinking that the lights were the cheepest part of the set up.
