How To - Carbon Filter
I run one with 10" and 6" caps, and hook it right into a 6" fan. This way it has 2 inches of filter media to pull through on every side, plus its about ~ 3 feet tall. I use kitty litter in mine and no-one can smell a thing
The whole room is vented through it like this (Scrubber)(Inline Fan)(Ducting) (LIGHT) (Exit Port), so its sucking through the filter and blowing de-stinkified air across the light. My friend doesn't air cool his light, so the filter is hanging right above the light fixture connected to a fan blowing out, and sucks heat/stink out from right above the light.
They work awesome, I wouldn't even think of not using a scrubber of some kind in any grow. Even the nice smell of a full room in bloom can get a little old after yearsWe CAN stamp out Glaucoma in our lifetime

heres a pic of the kitty litter after 4 months in my filter. So change about 3x a year for 6-8$ a change. Way cheaper than carbon and works great

I'm going to try out the crystal kitty litter at first. In case I need it, there's a grow shop here that sells activated carbon for $5/lb. Is that too much? It seems like a lot, but maybe that's why Tokudai uses the kitty litter.

doco: I found some at the grocery store, silica gel kitty litter. I've never seen it before, but I've never had a cat so that makes sense.
When I get my cool tube and the cab's closed all day it'll be a true test, but so far at night it seems to work.
I just got some pantyhose from the drug store. I didn't think about getting bigger ones, but man it would've been so much easier if I had. I didn't even know they had sizes!Ah well, live and learn. I got a strange look from the dude at the shop buying some nylons and a Twix. You story takes the cake though Tokudai! lol
