How do I transplant? and other questions...
I am trying to grow just to produce clones for now of four diferent strains:
PPP
Hindu Kush
White Widow
Northern Lights/Big Bud
I have a bonzai (rotary garden), it holds 240 plants but I figure on only doing 1/2 that or so at a time. I have Gard Knowm's dvd's but haven't had the chance to watch so maybe he will mention. I have a room where I will keep the 4 moms alive and a 120 site e-z cloner and a seperate room for the bonzai with 2 1,000 w bulbs. Here are some questions I need some help with:
If I started all the plants in hydroponics can I/do I switch to soil to keep alive under 24 hours light?
What is the best light to keep four females under at once?
I have 12 plants 6"-8" tall and 30 days old right now, do I just start cloning and planting all or should I take a couple from ea. and mark them so I know which are females before I flower these?
I was thinking about taking clones from all and keep each row tagged and know where they came from then once I flower the ones I have now I will know which are males and remove them. Does this sound right?
I have a 12'X12' room for my bonzai, do I need a/c ran to it if this room stays a normal 65 degrees and the lights will be vented out?
Out of all the strains I mentioned above, which would be the best strictly for indoor yield and which would be best when it comes to growing outdoor?
I may split these up into different threads if it is too much to read at once. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!bigbud751 Reviewed by bigbud751 on . How do I transplant? and other questions... I’m sure many people passed up your thread because its title is a question which really shouldn’t be posted. As it is easily found on this website in the FAQ section

If your not sure if they are cuttings that are coming from a male or female you want to label them, and you still would want to label them if they are all females that they are coming from because you may find out that one of the mothers is only producing clones that are really low yielders and at that point you may want to replace that mother with a higher yielding mother.
As far as lights, you could go with a 4foot 8 bulb T8 fluoro shop light fixture set up and that should keep your mothers just fine.
Also, I am not sure how many internodes that your mothers have, but I would only take half of the clones that you think the mother can spare at first to see how they handle it, and then about a week later I would go and take some more as needed. And yes you can go from hydro to soil, but the other way around, from soil to hydro is not recommended.
Hope this helps some, feel free to ask on and if I can help I will try.

Went back and re read your post, I do not know what PPP is, but for indoor yields, the Northern/bigbud will be a good yielder, but not as potent as say the WW, and the WW can be a high yielder in door, but can take more time. The WW can do really good out side because they can really reach there full potential and produce some amazing harvests. I don't know much about the Kush, maybe somebody else can answer.
