Damn man...You can buy bongs all across America. I don't see it to be a problem. There's a little convienient store up the road from me that carries the sweetest glass pipes. (Hookahs, too)

Bongs are legal to sell, and it's not likely a bong company will rip you off. I suggest going to www.everyonedoesit.com, as I've seen some pretty impressive pieces there, and they're legit. A lot of people from this forum buy their shit there, so you know it's good.
