That man is one of the most disgusting and pathetic excuses for a human being I've ever seen.

On a side note, there was (and is) a hilarious stigma attached to the name Santorum. I'm not sure exactly where it originated, but the word "santorum" now means "the frothy mixture of lubricant and fecal matter that often results from prolonged anal intercourse".
