According to cnn's website, only 1% of precincts have been counted, so maybe things may improve for Colorado residents.

Even though I live in Colorado, I'm really holding out for Nevada's law, it has the possiblity to bring the entire federal government anti mj stance vs. reality to a head, in court of course...

I'm curious to see the federal government's response if the initiative(s) pass...I think even the non smokers will agree that making money from potsmokers rather than spending money to needlessly jail them is a much better approach towards this beautiful flower :thumbsup: :stoned:
