DEA nazi SS tactics
I'm just trying to get by, minding my own business and respect the fact that people have choices in their medical treatment for all the problems they experience. I go to 3 different cannabis care clinics and recently encountered a situation with a clinic that is very close to me. I live in California and I am protected under medical marijuana access law section 22. The clinic started having problems about 5-6 months after the County of San Diego underwent a series of raids on the clinics there and arrested the employees of those clincs[and was accessing confidential patient information.]
The day of the raid I had planned on going to that clinic, but just put it off for another day. The following day there were numerous patients trying to access this clinic with no response. There was no indication that the clinic was raided and I suspected a raid at that time because they were supposed to be open 7 days a week...sure enough I got online and discovered that indeed the clinic was raided and shut down with no further plans to allow it to reopen. Then a week later my wife takes a call from this clinic, saying they were back up & running. That very week the Deputy District Attorney's office leveled serious charges againts the entire clinic. I checked online again and the clinic had been removed from the California Cannabis Collective, which lists all the clinics in the state. It is my belief that the DEA and local police were trying to snare patients in order to intimidate and possibly attempt to prosecute the patients as well. I have a professional license issued by the State and could be subjected to a suspended license or revokation. There is supposed to be patient confidentiallity laws to protect us, and the state & DEA circumvent the laws to serve DEA agents who have no right to do this and yet continue this politicized attack against the tax paying voters & citizens of this "FREE Country".:abduct: B]imp:
