Well im currently growing inside and i love it but i figure since im on a 120acre plot of hills and alot of woods, why not grow outside?

i dont know if there is much difference in quality or quanity indoor vs. outdoors.

So how do i go about picking my location? there are low spots and high spots, i have a huge creek running though the property, mainly woodlands but not very dense...we have 3, 20 acres fields and a few large hills, one has a clearing on ther top of it

i really am clueless on how to find a perfect spot since im used to being able to control my environment indoors...

My initial idea was to plant in 5 gallon buckets, just for ease of use, but would digging a hole in the ground be more wise?

im assuming i will start from seed and veg them inside for about a week or atleast till they has a pair of leaves...

with an infinite number of location to grow, do you think maybe growing a few plants in different locations would be a good idea.

i know of 2 locations where growing is outof the question...The base of these huge powerline towers, and we have 2 oil pumps...these location are check regularly by the companies that own them, so im gonna stay clear of those areas, dont want the power company to steal and smoke my shit haha

...so do they need to be in direct sunlight all time? or can they be at the edge of the woods? i live in the midwest( great lakes area) so what is the flower time looking like?

sorry for all the questions, im a big fan of the search button so you dont have to yell at me lol

maybe ill paint the buckets brown or dark green so they blend in a little more, i just dont knwo how to face the plants, with trees/hills on the east of the plant or trees/hills on the west side of the plant, thats why i considered the tops on the hills....

i was planning on some papaya seeds and maybe white widow, the grow is still months away but i really dont know the perfect month to plant, assuming like any gardener, after the last frost...

let me know what you think, im not a guru but i consider myself knowledgeable on the subject of indoor cultivation
