All if it does end up being legalized. What that means is you can't really get arrested anymore for toking up on your own land, or selling from your own land (BUT NOT TO ANYONE UNDER 21). Only the state government would recognize this, meaning federal police would be the only ones that could arrest you. You'd even be able to grow in your home, but you'd have to keep off the federal radar.
