Hey, Sensistar. You fortunately heard back from several of the smartest people there are on this board. I think you'd possibly have been pleasantly surprised by even more intelligent responses had you begun your thread with something other than an insult.

There are a lot of very smart people on these boards, young and old alike. Among our younger members are several, like Orangeman (who's only 16, by the way, for whoever guessed 18) and Billionfold, for two examples, who rival plenty of older members for both maturity and intelligence. And there are many other older members whose levels of intelligence I aspire to someday (Jamstigator, you are on that list, my friend, along with lots of others I'm honored to read here). There are still others, probably smarter than all of us combined, who read these sorts of posts and don't respond at all because, of course, they're intelligent enough to know the difference between a thread that initiates real intellectual debate and one that doesn't.

My point--and I do have one--is simply that it's always wise to keep your eyes open and your penchant for insults, however mild, closed. You learn amazing things by simply reading with an open mind, no matter what the chronological age of the poster is. And when you do, I assure you you'll be impressed with some of the smarts out here in our little cannabis corner of cyberspace.

I'm 45, by the way, and have more formal education than I care to detail here. But my intelligence doesn't come from transcripts or diplomas. It comes from my ability to listen and learn. Which anyone of any age can have.
