But personally, and I'm speaking only for myself, but yes.. I think that at a couple times in my life I have gotten 'too high.' It was always when I smoked A LOT of kb, mainly an indica strain (an 1/8 between 2 of us one night). It wasn't a good high, and that's tough to say because highs are always great for me. But I smoked so much of this potent shit, I got extremely lightheaded and dizzy to the point I had to lay down. My heart felt like it was going to pound out of my chest, I started sweating and getting paranoid, and I really felt like I was going to stop breathing because my breathing was so shallow, but yet my heart was pounding away. It sucked. But I was alright. Just drank some water, layed down for a while, and those feelings went away. That experience hasn't deterred me from toking away!

That's only happened 2-3 times outta the countless times I've been high.
I had an experience very similar to yours the first time I smoked weed. Me and a friend went into his car, and we only smoked a bowl. While I was sitting in the car, after the bowl was almost depleted, I swore I could see somebody standing in the middle of the road (nobody was). Then we got out, and the instant I did, it hit me like crazy. I was seeing in "frames." I instantly had to sit down in the grass for a minute. I'm not sure how much time passed, but eventually I got up. I thought I was going to have a heart attack, etc. Also, I had these trippy visualizations when I closed my eyes (a picture of Jesus slowly floating away). I couldn't feel my body at all. The "frame" perception was weird, and I didn't like it, as everything also felt like a dream. I woke up the next morning to find a whole bunch of glasses of water on my computer desk. Had HORRIBLE cotton mouth. No other experience has ever been like that... so sometimes I wonder if that ONE bowl of weak mids was laced, or just because it was the first time that I had smoked too much. Peace.
