Or get yourself a cake pan, fill the bottom with a layer of tortilla chips, put a layer of cheese on that, followed by a layer of ground beef, followed by another layer of chips, more cheese, refried beans, more cheese, more meat and finally a few decorative chips and a heap of cheese. I call it Taco Caserole LoL Bake at 300 degrees for about 15 minutes or ALL the cheese is melted and yummy
