Question about growing, space and lighting.

I am planning out my grow so I ask you if the following scenario is possible.

I am thinking that I will start seeds with like Florecents above them like 60wers I will keep them under them during the first couple weeks of growth but them I will move them to a area where I have two HPS 400w lights, I plan on having something like 10 or 20 plants under the 800w total lightage is this a hopeful amount or could I possibly have more under 800w, I could get a 3rd but that would be stretching my budget pretty far.I have that place with alot of white reflecting so it gets all the light I will keep them under the 800w until Harvest time, with the proper light/dark ratio of course. I have plenty space thats for sure, everything eles is takin' care of but the lights and I plan on getting a DVD by Jorge Cervantes (Ultimate Grow). SO whatcha think?

20 plants? Unless you do the SOG you'll need more light.
