Will Tylenol 3/Codeine throw a THC positive?

Just something I heard, no idea whether it's true or not. But I heard that if you are taking Codeine/Tylenol 3 for pain relief, it can come up at a false positive on a standard 5 drug test. Can anyone confirm?

Yes it will come up positive but not for THC.
As MrDevious says, it's an opiate.
