HAHA I'd fight this in court TO THE DEATH.

Those cops were idiots, plain and simple. They had to have someone on the inside, specifically the owner, LET THEM IN.

The minute they let themselves in, they broke the law, and thus you can fight this in court. I got off an underage alcohol consumption ticket a while back for pretty much the same thing, so please fight those cops and their misuse of power!
