ok i have my plant under 24/7 light and at the top it looks like female hairs.....is it possible that it can flower under 24/7 light....at 21 days of growth [ ]

definately not under 24 hours of light, you might just be seeing what is either pre-flowers which is very possible, or new growth that is just really small and has just started.. my .02 cents

my NL99s preflowered at a very early age ... just a handy indicator of sex, you still want to grow it out before forcing flowering, if you want a decent yield ... assuming , of course, you are seeing female pistils, and not just the stipules ... :smokin:
