When that 1/4 is dried when wet, you will be left with about 1/16 or so, or about 1-2grams. It's been said, but don't buy fresh/wet weed. LIP said it, they lose up to 80% of their original weight when dried.

If you choose to buy it, don't pay full price of a 1/4, pay only about 25% of the original cost.

Just leave the wet buds in an open, dry, dark area. Heat and light degrades THC, so avoid measures where heat oir light is used.

just recure the bud, sitck it in a mason jar for a few days
or u can put it in a tupperware bowl and burp it every few hours, but u gotta burp it or the stale air will mold it

ok...I should have read this whole thread before I did anything, I put it on a cookie sheet and put it in the oven for 2 and a half minutes on each side, it came out dry,,,but it was fucked, cause it gave me and the wife a bad headache, and today we both feel like utter shit...I did put some aside and let it dry in a cool dry place...it looks a lot better then the otther oven stuff did.

I did buy the stuff sort of damp, the guy I bought it off of grew his own plant and doesn't have a proper place to dry it (his roomate doesn't know he grew a plant), and I didn't pay full price for the 1/4 I paid $25 for it, but I think I still got ripped off...I normally wouldn't buy weed like this but lately its been hard to find good weed, or any weed

One more question: I don't think he flushed the plant properly hence me and the wife feeling like shit the next day...do poorly flushed plants make you sicK? or was just because I dried it like a dumb ass in the oven?

Sucks you guys got sick. He very well could have not flushed it enough, but I think part of what you were smoking that wasn't right was the chlorophyll and other things that did not chemically convert themselves during the curing process.

I got a bag like that a little while back that was moist as hell, and smelled WEIRD. I was pissed. I couldn't smoke it, but I had read some stuff and decided to do what I posted in post #8 up ^there^. It dried, and I started smoking it. It was alright, burned, but didnt taste right and didn't get me high right. I don't think I got sick, but it definitely wasn't right.

I saved a big bud of it and cured it properly over a couple of weeks. It started feeling better and better, smelling better & better, and by the time I finally ran out of some other weed I had gotten, it tasted AWESOME and got me SO high. It didnt have any of the weird chemical smell to it and it burned smooth, not like before...I was sold.

Dry and cure properly...you will be happy...
