Ok I'm getting a 1/4 in a bit , buit it still needs to be dried ...How can I dry this stuff out properly, in the shortest time possible. without loosing it potency?? Can someone please respond to this?

Why are you buying it wet? Or is it straight off the plant? Either way I would just throw it in a jar.

eeeeee---not a easy thing ----but do you have a dehumidifier in the house?
if not a blow dryer is the safest ___dont micro or oven it
---cut it up into bowl sized peices this really speeds it up --loose any big stems they hold alot of moisture--- set it all on some sort of grill so air can pass over it--put the dryer on low and fan them for a while ..its the safest

Surely you're not getting it right off the plant..

But anyways, just leave the baggie or container open for a couple hours, checking it periodically. Just make sure you don't keep it closed up in something without any airflow.. it could cause mold. I actually got some damp weed last week (he gave me more than my 1/8 I requested because he knew the weed was damp, so the scales would be off a little.. i <3 my dealer).. anyways.. I just let the baggie sit open for like 2-3 hours.. and after that, I was good to go. No loss in potency from what I could tell.

never put weed in a jar when the main stem is flexable---
YOUR SMOKING CBD's not THC.when its wet ---and its not the same and bad for you ---inproperly dried thc will make you feel real shitty ---proper dried the high lastes longer and more smooth ---

ther is nothing wrong with fresh plants ---most sharks KEIF nugs and you could never tell---when its wet usely the thc is thicker

Put it in a paper bag (open) in a dark closet. Small pieces is better than large - more surface area = quicker drying. Keep checking on it and rotating it, shuffling it around.

Dry it like that for several days (I know this is not a 'quick' method, but the best one). When it is sufficently dry, then you can put it into a ziplock back or glass jar. Then, you still have to open the jar/bag at least once a day to release stale air any any chemicals that are produced during curing.

After about another week or so, it should be dry and cured well enough to start smoking. Take out only as much as you need and continue to cure the rest of it. Best to cure in a Dark place as light damages the trichomes/thc.

Why are you buying it wet? What are you paying for it. Depending on 'how wet it is,' I would not pay more than 1/2 to 2/3 of the price seeing as you will be losing mad weight after drying it properly. Do not get ripped off, man.

Edit: I did this a short time ago with some wet weed I got without my knowledge, and it was crappy when I first smoked it but kept getting better and better. After a few weeks, it was the SH*T! Drying and curing your own bud is the best, but you gotta make sure you aren't paying too much either.

i buy weed not water lol ,
let the crook thats selling it to you dry it . that or get 2 to 3 times wet weight to compensate for loss from evaporation .

When that 1/4 is dried when wet, you will be left with about 1/16 or so, or about 1-2grams. It's been said, but don't buy fresh/wet weed. LIP said it, they lose up to 80% of their original weight when dried.

If you choose to buy it, don't pay full price of a 1/4, pay only about 25% of the original cost.

Just leave the wet buds in an open, dry, dark area. Heat and light degrades THC, so avoid measures where heat oir light is used.
