Moving to HB
Ok so I am moving to HB in northen CA. I am getting a house and I am looking to set up two rooms.
I have never done it before so I need all the 411 I can get, from what equipment I need to what plants are the best etc.
Please help a newbie out.
I am waiting to read.
Indoor Marijuana Horticulture - The Indoor Bible (Marijuana Horticulture: The Indoor/Outdoor Medical Grower's Bible)"
Jorge Cervantes;
And
The Cannabis Grow Bible: The Definitive Guide to Growing Marijuana for Recreational and Medical Use"

That's only because you have to read enough to ask specific questions... then we will love you.
Actually Garden Knowm probably already loves you, but neither of you know it yet
Read the Cervantes book 1st... it's written really simply... then get into Green. And read old posts here too.

15 grand would buy you a lot of good equipment. But you are talking about two entire rooms, so that doesn't seem implausible for an estimate. Better to over-budget than under-budget anyway. That size of an operation is way beyond my experience though, so I can't offer much help. Look at the 'sealed room' thread though; that might give you some ideas.
You'll probably need to either set a firm yield goal (I must produce at least X pounds per month no matter what I must spend to achieve this goal), or a firm budgetary limit (I will be happy with whatever I can produce as long as I don't exceed a starting investment of Y dollars). Once you've decided which of those two to make firm, then you can work from there and start deciding on equipment.
