    GRR Ahhh !!!!

    Ever have those days where you are just PISSED at everything and nothing is going to make it better?
    Yep, thats today for me.

    To make matters worse...I have no fuckin' herb.
    Anyone feel the same? Maybe it's the full moon.........

    GRR Ahhh !!!!

    I have the same thing tonight, Tallulah. I want to hit a punching bag. I think it's a phase of grief I'm going through, though, in my case. But it's not pleasant for me. I'm normally fairly cheerful and steady. This feels dark and angry--and it makes me uneasy.

    i am so fcking pissed tooo. I got chewed out at work 3 times for shit i couldnt contol. I have no herb either (well i do but im trying to get my tolerance down for two weeks starting today) and it blowzzzzz. Grrr. Just kinda sit down and like watch cartoons, cartoons are magical

    I feel for you Birdgirl, in fact, I really have nothing to even complain about. I am not going through anything near as hard as you, you are a very strong person. I can't imagine how I would react if I were in your shoes. I am sorry for what you are dealing with in your life, that is really awful and too bad. At least you have a legitimate reason to feel how you are, I on the other hand am just crazy.

    I can definitly relate to wanting to hit a punching bag- I feel like I just want to freak out.
    I am just so frustrated...
    ..and yes, a j would most definitly make me feel better. Unfortunatly I will have to wait until Wednesday when I have money.

    I just wish I had some awesome great friends here that I could call and just go chill with and smoke and vent...I am so sick of my little cave all by myself. Blah.
    At least I have to wonderful people to vent to.

    Sorry to hear that you guys are having a tough time. Things are not all roses over here either. No herb right now and work is super stressful but I am trying to find the silver lining. Wait I already smoke that

    Whenever these type of moods hit me I do a couple of things.

    I sit down, put on some music to match the mood, and try to feel my emotions as strongly as possible. Afterwards, whether I was crying or screaming or whatever, doing something distracting helps. Read an interesting book, go for a walk, etc. And then later, planning out a meal is a nice touch. I love looking forward to dinner.
