looks like fertilizer burn to me. Did you fertilize the soil you planted the plants in?

wait, your using hydro nutes in soil?
probably WAY too strong... most hydro nutes are, they are made to be flushed...

temps are too high, that's your prob, not nute burn. get those temps to 75 degrees f, use an osc. fan, and an exhuast to vent the heat. leaves are "crisping" because temps are drying them out and cooking them (they are being smoked without you...)
lower those temps, you should be ok... maybe consider GE daylight flourecent tubes for veg. they work incredibly well, put off no heat (so light can be RIGHT ON TOP OF THE PLANTS!!!) seriously. i let mine touch the bulbs...
