Its a little rubber piece connected to a retractable zip cord thingy and it clips right on your belt. You can pull out your lighter, spark your bowl and let it go and it just pulls the lighter back to your belt. No more lost lighters. And it also prevents lighter theft. Someone tries to pocket it and walk away and there is a cord leading from your belt to their pocket so it like "Hey mang, you got my lighter in your Rating: 5
