So I have this pre-employement test tomorrow and I've spent all weekend working on detoxing myself. Thats plan B, Plan A is to use a substituion and make sure that the temp is right around 95 degrees. My question for you guys is if any of you know about the 640SN SAP 5-50 GC/MS test....is this a standard test, or a more accurate one? The substitution i'm using is from someone who doesnt smoke weed at all. BUT he did do some speed on 10/31, I wont be picking up the substitution till 1 hour before I go in for my test, just to make sure its fresh. But does anyone know if this test would be able to detect the spd 6 days after it was taken. And also it was a very small amount this person did.

I know that coke stays in your blood for only like 3 days, Im sure speed is the same way, THC bonds to fat in our blood which is what would fuck you over. MrDank advised me about this sythetic urine stuff that comes with a tab that u drop in and it makes the solution heat up to 95 exactly. I don't know how long you can keep your buddies piss that warm , but even if you do... Dont spill !! lol, good luck bro

Ha thanks, i've been practicing all weekend with keep the specimen warm. I've figured out that your body will heat the specimen from room temp to around 95 degrees between one hour to one and a half hours. This is a big job and i dont want to leave anything up to chance.

I won't tell you how long speed is going to stay in the system because this site is dedictated to marijuana. If you can find another donor, you should. Urine is good for about 8-12 hours at room temperature, 2 weeks in the refrigerator, 1 year in the freezer.

640SN SAP 5-50 GC/MS test is a 5 panel substance of abuse test, probably opiates, THC, cocaine, PCP, and amphetamines so if the donor has been taking speed it could be detected. This test will also be using a 50 ng/ml cutoff on THC and two types of tests may be run on the sample. If the sample fails the immunoassay (the first test) it will be confirmed by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry. If you want more info on the test, list which lab and not just the numbers.

Its quest diagnostics in philadelphia....i know this is a site for weed...and i have done a little reading on erowid.org that talks about testing time tables for other drugs, they say 1-4 days.....

If this job is really important to you you can buy a home test kit and test your donor.

You should also practice your subbing run by getting the container you are going to use fill it with about 2 ounces of water and securing and checking to see if you can keep it at body temp. If the sample starts off at 90-100 degrees your body heat will keep it around 96 degrees unless there is too much cloth or wrap insulating the body heat from the container.

Where can you buy home test kits?...I have been practicing all weekend with a two ounce bottle. I have been filing it with room temp water and seeing how long it takes to heat up to 95 degrees. The way i've been practicing is by wearing two pairs of boxer briefs and placing the bottle just behind the balls and between 1 hour and 1 and half hours it warms up to 95 degrees. I wont be picking up the specimen till one hour before my test just to make sure its fresh and already warm. Before i go into the test I will of course take the temp of the substitution and make sure its correct.

Drug stores and the local mega marts. They are usually near the diabetic testing supplies or if you live in a high theft area they may keep them behind the pharmacy counter even though you don't need a script. If you ask an employee where they are they sometimes don't even know. Just keep looking because those people are idiots.

You can buy them online for much cheaper but you don't have time now.

I have heard of some collectors trying to get more than 2 ounces from people before but this is rare, like 1 out of 200 and against procedure/guidelines. Most urine tests now are done with a split sample, one vial containing 30 ccs and another vial containing 15 ccs. A lot of collectors will just put 30 ccs in both vials. Any collector asking for more than this is full of shit and just messing with you because they know substitution goes on. I would rather do 2 ounces and be comfortable than a 3 ounce bottle pushing on the back of my scrotum.
