Personally, I think this is the easy way out for him. I think they should just put him where he feels most comfortable, back in a hole, deep below the earth, secluded from anything and everyoone. Let him go insane and kill himself.

A death sentence will be sweet bliss for him. At least make it a public hanging for the world to see because I'd watch it. :thumbsup:

Here Here. I heard it on the radio today while i was driving back to my house after buying a big mac. I though to myself "are we going to be able to watch this" lol

What they should do is completely do away with human rights for this one person, and tourcher him on live tv... sticking pins under his finger nails, cut his eye lids off, put chilli sauce in his eyes, keep his feet in water so long they start to rot [trench foot] and so on. I'd love to watch a man that killed so many die in the most painful way possible.

He should have never been captured in the first place.. but that's just my :twocents:. Not saying that he wasn't a bad guy who didn't do bad things, but look what it has gotten us into in Iraq. I don't think that needs any explanation.

lol, where do you think? They're the ones joining the military and police forces under the new Iraqi government. And even if there were none, that doesn't mean every non-combatant civilian is now pro-insurgency.

In Iraq and in the muslim world, there are two branches of people. The sunni's and the shiite's. I'm not gonna sit here and point fingers at either group, but the only "insurgents" we are fighting in Iraq are Sunni. The Shiites are fighting with insurgents along side us and we are actually training more and more of them everyday so that they can successfully take control of their country.

Interesting point. As I saw on CNN this morning, they said the Sunnis made up the largest group protesting Saddam's death penalty, and the Shiites were celebrating it. However, I also heard a week or so ago that the insurgents were made up of two groups: One, mostly Sunnis, which are comprised of ex-Saddam military officers and soldiers..... and the other, mostly shiites, which are battling it out on religious grounds and a religious-based hatred of Western nations. I may have the sunni/shiite factions mixed up though, I don't remember for sure.
