a couple of suggestions...

Stick a piece on a metal pin, light and inhale the white smoke, as it comes off the piece, with a straw or tube. (Be careful not to drip hash off of the pin)

Also I once used one of those "ice" pipes that you can get at crappy gas stations. (used primarily for crystal meth, sometimes called a "Mystic Rose Vase" in convenient stores) I put a sticky moist piece of hash in the bubble part of the pipe and heat the outside, it creates a nice smooth vapor similar to those light bulb vapes. (Only use a new pipe for this, don't use a pipe with crystal meth residue)

Hash will would work just as well in any pipe, although I would recommend a water pipe. Liquid hot hash has dripped in my mouth through a conventional pipe, suffice to say this had both pros and cons.
