Transplant now. Get those two out of the same pot into different pots before the roots get tangled and its too late. 1 plant, 1 pot, 1 problem. 2 plants 1 pot 1 problem = 2 problems. That, and they'll be fighting for nutrients if you grow them in the same one. Best to fix that before it gets impossible to.

Do you have the computer fan blowing directly on them? Its not necessarily a good idea to have a constant wind from one direction. The computer fan would be great for maintaining temperature / ventillation, but if you are going to have it pointed on the plants you'll want something that oscilates. Just get a cheap one from wal-mart, you'll be glad you did. Air blowing on the stems in nature is what causes the stem to strengthen up. If you don't have any air movement (you should see the leaves move a little) then your stems will be weak. Big stems = big plants = big buds. I'll post some helpful links I have bookmarked this evening when I get back to my computer. Other than that, good luck man. Keep us posted. I too am on my first true grow, you can see how my babies are looking if you click the first link in my signature.
