Car gets towed.....
Well today wasnt too good of a day. I was about to go to work this afternoon but I couldnt find my car. It was not cool. I live in a private community and you have to have a parking permit that hangs on your rear view window in your car. About a week ago I pull up into a parking spot after eating some lunch and I see a parking permit on the ground that looks like its been run over a few times because there were pieces of it laying around. So I grabbed it since I dont have a permit and put it in my car. There is no main office for the community so I didnt know where to turn it in so i just kept it. I guess ealry this morning they towed my car. I called the towing company and they said "yes we have your car, but its on a sheriff hold for evidence" I call the sheriff's office and they gave me a number to call. Some investigator who wont be in his office till monday, so I had to without a car today tomorrow and for most of monday and hopefully can get it out by then. This is all over a pass I found on the ground thats worth like $50 i think. Do you think I am going to get in some trouble for this. I mean I didnt know that me using a pass that i found was such a big deal. What should I do?
