Why the hell can't I find seeds?

EVERYONE i ask doesn't know where to get seeds. i live on oahu in hawaii...you'd think hawaii would have tons of the shit. they all have expensive weed, but no seeds. greedy bastards. i'm about to start saving so i can fly to amsterdam, buy seeds, and smuggle them in my butthole. all i want is enough for my own personal supply...i don't plan to sell.
