well sice there giving u a hair test thats going to suck bcause u cant get around that unless u get the shampoo but that dosnt allways work i hurd that if u bleach ur hair it would be harderd to tell but i would rather cut off all my hair b4 doing that.... and depending how long ur hair is its like a big long ass time line that shows every thing uve done and it traces back over 4 months and also ur schools fucking gay thay shouldnt be able to do that unless ur eather trying out for sports or applying for a job there but yea idk i hope u get lucky and pass or just dont go that day lol if thats possable

lol dont cut all the hair on your body off. to get away with that you'd have to get rid of EVERYTHING (including toenails, fingernails, eyelashes etc)

One of the better pieces of advice I have seen in this thread except they can't use eyebrows or eyelashes because they can only go back 3 months or else the test becomes inaccurate. Eyebrows and eyelashes do not grow at a constant rate like the rest of body hair or hair on your head so they can't tell what is 3 months of growth so those two sources can't be used. Spot on though about fingernails and toenails.

Here is the definitive answer for you. Smoking 3 times in 3 months will show up in the test. That is the threshold. They can't go back more than 3 months because the test becomes inaccurate. That is about 1 & 1/2 inches of hair.

I can't believe your school does that... anyways, I do think you can take spinal fluid for drug testing purposes, but as you can't replace spinal fluid, that never occurs.

why is a school testing if you smoek weed? that doesnt prove you did it in school, what if you smoked weed on your own time? or your friend gave you brownies as a joke? this sounds very bullshit to me, simply because the school shouldnt care what you do on your own time.

not to mention, you could have decided not to smoke after the first time, and then youd get in shit for that? because you made the choice to try it and decided not to make it a habit?

That spinal fluid thing is not true, no school in their right mind would pay upwards of $2000 USD (and you'd have to sign a waiver form for it, for risk of infection, nerve damage, ect) and spinal fluid wouldn't tell them shit- THC broken down does not break the blood/brain barrier anyway, it stays in your blood until it goes into your fat tissue.

What are they threatening if you come up positive?

Shampoos will not work, much like detox products- they test the cortex of your hair, not the cuticle, and shampoos only penetrate the cuticle, so don't pay 40 bucks for that bullshit.
