harvesting question

i want to experiment with harvesting some buds at different times to see if te highs are much different and i was just curious if it would be fine if i cut off a bud before the pistils have turned color ? or do i need to atleast wait untill they change color untill i can harvest any ?

Well LimpBizkit,

If you plan on cloning that plant it would be wise to take samples. That way you know what your preference is as far as high at different flowering dates. So, I would say start taking samples at seven weeks up till ten weeks. Then you'll know you plant as well as it gets. But what do I know?

thanks for the input, Also i was wondering do the hairs change from white to orange when u cut the bud or do the colors stay as is ?

Yes, once you've cut the bud, the hairs will change if they havnt already. But dont harvest going on pistilles [hairs] they have absolutly nothing to do with THC maturation.
