Cops cant be bothered busting small time growers. It's a waste of time and tax payers money, but then again, wasting money is what the government and police forces do best.

I wondered why something would be delivered UPS saturday morning. There was no one around it wasn't long till I was at the door, but no ones there and no delivery truck driving away.
