if the old labels still on the box is the address right?
would suspect that ups delivered it to the wrong address or the address was wrong on the label which is where the box was opened.
have used dh alot and never had a problem but have had ups screw up more than once you could probably call dh and get the original tracking number and find out where it was delivered to and when just wouldnt be making a big deal about it when its probably not anything to be concerned about.

I wondered why something would be delivered UPS saturday morning. There was no one around it wasn't long till I was at the door, but no ones there and no delivery truck driving away.
