No one could get a search warrant for your house with just that as evidence. But still id cool it for a bit dont want to spike your energy bill suddenly after this or anything like that. The main issue was probably just the fake name

Call up and ask "wtf why were my boxes tampered with"
My friend once ordered something (nothing to do with illegal activity) and said it was open, so maybe someone was just being an asshole wanting to see wtf you got. I don't know how to explain the name thing though. I'd watch out for a lil, maybe hold off on the grow for a month or two.

if someone searched the boxes.... then they were obviously looking for something, BUT if you don't hae anything growing at the address it was shipped to, what could there really be to worry about? i doubt they're going to send some undercover to follow you around and see where you take the shit.... so i'd say you're safe for the timebeing... i'm just wondering why they would search the boxes... if it was just the delivery company, that's against the law, atleast in the states, tampering with mail is a federal offense....

if the old labels still on the box is the address right?
would suspect that ups delivered it to the wrong address or the address was wrong on the label which is where the box was opened.
have used dh alot and never had a problem but have had ups screw up more than once you could probably call dh and get the original tracking number and find out where it was delivered to and when just wouldnt be making a big deal about it when its probably not anything to be concerned about.
