I agree with you that the uptake in growing here wont hit the dealers all that hard, but from an educational stance it will. You be surprised the amount of people who appreciate good smoke but dont even know what a bud really is, what part of the plant its from etc! And as for how hash is made, well most people arent really that clued in apart from knowing it's resin from the plant. They dont know the growing processes or the hash making processes, hence its hard for them to discriminate good from shit.

My point is, that the more people that grow, the more people learn. Its usually not the grower that needs wising up, but its their mates/peers. And if every small grower out there set a few of their friends straight on how things work, whats good/whats bad then we're getting there.
