Yea 1 transplant from the cup to the bucket is all you need. When you transplant you wanta nice root system covering the entire bottom of the cup. That will keep roots in check.

    Problem With my Plant.....

The Blue represents the direction the branches would be if you LST....allowing more light into the centre and middle branches of the plant......

The Red represents what should be tied and where they should be tied to, basically tie all branches that are above the length of 4" ....tie them level to a horizontal which would equal 0 degrees from the point of growth...meaning where each branch starts... tie it back down to that point but gradually over time...not all at once....do it at say 1" a day, then you wont stress out and lower the progression rate of your grow......

The Green representing where the branches would become if left alont, they will grow just al long, but not as bushy, what "LST" is designed to do is to allow more light to the centre of the plant and the middle of the branches so they gain more potential thus rewarding you more......

~ More light equals higher yields of course, so when you tie down the branches the plants recieve more light and grow bushier and bigger yielding in such of a more beneficial way then just letting them grow upwards.
You have alot of space left not only upwards, but you have alot to fill in around the base of the medium and pots, when thats filled in by the branches, you will notice they flurish and will bush up like nothing you have seen before.....good luck and godspeed!

    Peace out and happy tokes,
