I do that all the time, the mussle flex along with change of rythem in order to hold out longer. I have noticed though that I can only postpone cuming that way about 4 times a session. When I do it to many times during sex I end up missing the window and am unable to cum through sex and my g/f has to finish me off another way. It doesn't happen much anymore, but sometimes.
