    brain damage

as usual, there is no answer. any experimentation on the subject is always clouded by an agenda. ask 20 different "authorities" and you'll get 20 different answers. make your own decisions based on your own experience and don't expect some lab coated fool to give you any truth. for myself, i choose to believe that a few brain cells here or there are no big deal. after decades of getting high my iq is still in the high 140s so if i'm missing a few cells -who gives a shit. brain cells die every day of their own accord so if you kill a few on purpose and improve your enjoyment of life along the way, i'd say that's an even trade. but what the fuck do i know, i'm just an aging hippie with delusions of normality!!
Doubt is not a pleasant condition, but certainty is absurd.

Don't brain cells die and regenerate all the time on their own?

Cannabis doesn't kill brain cells, but may "shrink" some types of brain cells. Alcohol does kill lots of brain cells though.

And neurons do not regenerate, once they're gone they're gone.

Cannabis can create neuroregeneration! Read these and rejoice! http://www.norml.org/index.cfm?Group...m_format=print

So cannabis CAN regenerate neurons and even reverse some of the brain damage done by alcohol!  :stoned: Add this to the recent news about cannabis preventing amaloid plaques (Alzheimer's cause) and the FDA can no longer say it is without medical benefit! Free the weed and you free yourselves! "Can hippies get Alzheimer's?" is my question!

THC kills glioma [cancerous cells] but does absolutly nothing to healthy brain cells.
