Canadian Cops Don't Seem to Care...
I live in the suburbia of Toronto (Mississauga).
Here it's under strict law if you're dealing it. And for some weird reason, they care more about paraphonilia than the actual weed itself. Maybe Canada is a little crazy :stoned:[align=center]Some folks say smoking herb is a crime,
