trichromes? what are they

now im confussed. i looked at the pic and what color is the trichrome? I would be picking that baby just on sparkly look. is it ready

snap.. thats 2 of us.. all you have to do is buy a 30x scope and look at the tricomes.. they will tell you when to harvest
