there was a big fire started at the woods goin on for days, and we were smoking in the beach at night watching the red flames far away. It was great moment as we saw the rage of nature reflecting on the water...

One time my firend Bri and I went to our friend Sara's wedding baked. We werent even really good friends with her anymore, but she called me up the day before and said "my wedding is tomorrow, you guys have to be there!" So we got baked and my brother gave us a ride there. it was just in some office place, and we were late. When we got there, we had just missed the entire ceremony. We just kind of stood there, a little awkwardly. That was a strange day.

Someone mentioned a church, which reminded me of something. I went to one of the Jesuit colleges (scholarship from ACT score, I'm not religious in the least). Well, right next door to the college is a really beautiful Catholic church, so I got baked one Sunday in my room, then went to check out the church.

Service was going on, so I just sat quietly in the back to view the proceedings. Then I noticed a comfortable-looking padded footrest attached to the pew in front of me, so I kicked it down and put my feet on it, just totally relaxed, listening to the sermon and preaching and stuff, a little fascinated that so many people believe all this Catholic stuff. I was thinking, man, padded footrests, these Catholics are rolling in dough!

A priest walked by and noticed me sprawled out in the back and he leaned over, pointing at my feet on the padded footrest, and whispered, "Hey! That's not a footrest, man. That's what people put their knees on when they kneel to pray. Might not want to let anyone see you using it as a footrest." Lol, I had no idea, it looked like a perfect footrest!
