    Calyx composition?

So I'm wondering about calyxes. When they say that they fill with resin when they swell, does this really mean that they are full or resin? And am I correct to assume that the calyxes are the heaviest part of the plant?

I think that's a figure of speech! The resin is in the trichs, THOSE fill with resin... the calyxes are just where the seed would be if you have a male to pollinate her.

Oh, it would be cool if they were full of THC resin.

Yeah, then you could harvest cannabis resin the same way as rubber or maple sap or opium... just scratch and watch it drip...drip...drip....
